Battle of the Paddle Brazil
2013
FSR was contracted by Seapoxy to consult in the preparation and implementation - of the initial project of the competition, launched in Brazil. The Battle of the Paddle – running since 2008 in Dana Point, Southern California - arrived in Brazil in 2013. FSR’s scope of work for this initiative included: Strategic Planning, Budgeting the Competition in potential locations of Rio, Sponsors, Counterparts and Brand Activation Plans, Floor Plans, Brand and Visual ID, vendors coordination, presenting the project to the public sectors for approval, elaboration of projects in 3D and creative layouts for Copacabana Beach, Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas and Arpoador and the coordination of the Website development with the partner company ETG Events. www.battleofthepaddlerio.com
Working with FSR on a recent yoga workshop in Rio was an amazing experience. Fernanda and her production team ran a perfectly organized event, which was seamlessly run, thoughtful, and highly professional. They transformed a fully mirrored exercise room into a comfortable and calm yoga classroom for a little over 100 participants, treated all of the participants to a warm and friendly welcome, and catered to everyone’s needs. I can’t wait for the next time!

We had the pleasure of working with FSR and particularly Fernanda and Marcia in the design and build out of our Rio 2016 Hospitality Suite at the Sheraton in Leblon. From the initial designs to the final product, their attention to detail, creativity and really ‘listening’ to the scope and budget made this project seamless. The feedback from our client was “this is the best space we’ve created in the last 4 Olympics” and all of the credit goes to the FSR delivery team. It would be our privilege to partner again in Rio or elsewhere!!
