HOUSE OF HUNGARY

FSR Produções were contracted by the Budapest 2024 Candidate City Team to do the Direction of Production, Executive Production, Operations and Construction Supervision of the House of Hungary, installed at Jockey Club Rio, Tribune C in the Internal and External Areas. The creation of House Decoration and Design Project was sign by two companies. Dupla Design was responsible for the External Area while Mobilsofa designed the Internal Area, in both cases the scenography elements and construction were done by MAIS CRIAÇÕES with the supervision of FSR technical team. The House of Hungary operated daily during the Rio2016 Games, receiving around 1000 people per day on the public opening hours and promoting over 20 strategic events for Budapest 2024 Campaign. Amongst the VIPs that visit the House we can highlight the Hungary Prime Minister, the President of Hungary, the IOC President, Monaco’s Prince and Several of the Medalists from different nationalities. FSR had a very experienced team of over 30 producers and technicians to run the daily events of the house. A part from the dedicated team we had over a 120 freelancers and subcontractors we have coordinated in several areas, such as services, health, security, caterings and talents which transformed the House of Hungary in an incredible experience for the VIPs as well as for the general public.

We had the pleasure of working with FSR and particularly Fernanda and Marcia in the design and build out of our Rio 2016 Hospitality Suite at the Sheraton in Leblon. From the initial designs to the final product, their attention to detail, creativity and really ‘listening’ to the scope and budget made this project seamless. The feedback from our client was “this is the best space we’ve created in the last 4 Olympics” and all of the credit goes to the FSR delivery team. It would be our privilege to partner again in Rio or elsewhere!!
