Selva Carioca – Guia de Bolso da Maior Floresta Urbana do Mundo
FSR was hired by the Green company Conteúdo Verde to organize their Editorial Project to fulfill the criteria of the Federal Incentive Tax Law for Sponsors Investment. SELVA CARIOCA is a pocket guide of the forest, bringing together history and culture with nature, sport and recreation. Millions of people, each year, pass through the gates of the Floresta da Tijuca, one of the most studied green areas of Brazil, and have little knowledge of its historical and cultural importance and its role in the development of the urban space in Rio. From the project ten Thousand free guides were distributed at strategic points encouraging the public to visit the site as well as provide information about the Forest.
I’ve had the privilege of working with FSR a few times over the last couple of years on large and small productions for Columbia University. Working with FSR on a recent yoga workshop in Rio was an amazing experience. Fernanda and her production team ran a perfectly organized event, which was seamlessly run, thoughtful, and highly professional. They transformed a fully mirrored exercise room into a comfortable and calm yoga classroom for a little over 100 participants, treated all of the participants to a warm and friendly welcome, and catered to everyone’s needs.
